Over the past decade Ray Mueller
has escorted thousands of tourists from all over the globe on
a variety of narrated and sightseeing tours. Tour locations
have included the James Bay area in northern Ontario, hiking
trails on the shoreline of Lake Superior, the Bruce Trail and
motor coach tours of Toronto and Niagara Falls.
Ray greatly values the pursuit
of higher education and the search for knowledge. He believes
that educationally focused travel is an excellent method of
acquiring knowledge.
Ray received his B.Sc. at the
University of Waterloo and has returned as a guest speaker,
lecturing to Masters and Ph.D. students in the Department of
“Recreation & Leisure Studies.” Ray’s
lectures focus on the current state of tourism in the southern
Georgian Bay region.
Ray also has a passion for physical
challenge. In the winter of 2005 after several years of intense
training Ray won two silver medals at the Canadian Masters Cross
Country Ski Championships and he placed in the top twenty at
the 2006 World Masters Championships held in Brusson Italy.
